We created Lead Well Do Better as a way to deliver professional development workshops and courses.
Our approach to leadership development centres around the concept that as a leader, you must first choose to lead. If you choose to lead, then you must accept the responsibility to lead well. As a leader, your sphere of influence is wide, regardless of whether you realise it or not; whether you acknowledge it or not. Your actions (and in-actions) will impact many people and we want to help leaders make this impact a positive one.
We encourage corporate mindfulness as a practice to develop your leadership skills, as taught by Michael Bunting, (a globally recognised authority on mindfulness/leadership and founder of Awakened Mind) to guide in this practice.
We wrap this with our own learning and observations, gathered over many years of participating in, managing and leading teams through business change and also through our work at Partlett Consulting. Our experience comes from working across corporate/enterprise managed services, government, not-for-profit and social enterprise organisations.
